Should I start blogging? or the blogging is dead?

I created resmume.com a year ago and it got ranked in the top 5 on google search specific in my region which is Indonesia. I'm curious why it got rank I don't even create many blog posts and rarely update the landing page.

This makes me worried should I start blogging to keep resmume.com in top 5 google search?
