Should personal and business accounts be differentiated on Twitter? Why?

Hey 👋 Hackers, As in the title.
As an Indie Developer, almost all the work is done by myself, and one person's energy is limited. Should we manage multiple Twitter accounts at the same time? Or let fans of all products follow the same account?
