🤔 And you, do you warmup your email address?

Warm up is very important - something I only learned in the last year and is something everyone needs to be aware of when email is a big part of their strategy. However I am not sure it is enough.

So for example, I use SES for delivery of my email and my IP's and addresses are all warmed up. And when I use various inbox placement tools I can get into inboxes on most systems.

But not on hotmail or outlook. These two are absolute buggers and all my tests go to spam.

    Any thoughts?

Hey Steve! First thought: it seems more an issue relating to anti-spam filters than email reputation. You should probably try to fine tune your email so that it doesn't have spammy words (you can use this free tool for example: Spam Words Checker).

Also, you have probably done so but just in case, here's again a checklist of the best tips to level up your email deliverability.
