I am happy to share this free feature of Dataviz Studio. You can create a free online Dashboard using your Spreadsheet (as a CSV File) with Dataviz Studio.

You can customize the colors, layouts and graphs to make your very own personalized Dashboard and Share your Dashboard with anyone. (https://www.datavizstudio.com)
It's limited to less than 1000 records at the moment.
