Show IH: Interface for PaperbackAuthor (WIP)

Hey folks! Trying to embrace the whole "develop in public" mentality. It's a little nerve-wracking to share such early screenshots. But I'd love your feedback.

This is PaperbackAuthor so far. It's a web-based e-book authoring app for novelists. (Others will be welcome to use it, of course, but my features roadmap is aimed entirely around what novelists need.)

What are your thoughts? All feedback welcome, especially when I disagree with it.
