Been reflecting a lot / asking founders the best time to pivot.
I think the best answer I've landed on is when you lose confidence in the unique sales proposition (USP) of your product, for an extended period of time.
Extended period of time because we all have bad days, so need to wait out the little rough days.
But if you don't have confidence in the USP you're delivering to customers, then why would they?
