Simple and profitable api examples
When I think of an idea, I often think of very complex solutions that are difficult to implement in a reasonable time.
Then I come across super simple products that make a profit.
What solutions / api do you know that make profit and are technically simple?

JAMstack API services like Disqus or getform.io seem to fit that bill. I've always thought that the marketing of these seems way harder than the implementation.
