Simple HR solution - landing page feedback and idea validation

Hi guys!

It's my first post on Indie Hackers. After couple months of just reading stuff I decided to post my idea and work for you to see. It's really exciting! 😊

I work for a small company (around 60+ people) which is small enough not to want to pay for big-ass HR solutions like BambooHR, but big enough to need to use software like this. Recently I realised that all those products look very much alike. It's like you have to have profile page, page to file application of any kind, organisation structure etc. Additionally - I feel like they are designed around data and not around tasks that you perform using those tools.

I figured that there is a lot small businesses that need to just manage few employees, have some sort of communication channel and don't really need "Skills" or "Work goals" boxes to fill on profile page. No one does that or read it anyway.

That's why I decided to work a little bit on landing page of my solution, which I called Simployer: http://simployer.co

I would really appreciate some feedback. I feel like I should try to highlight more why Simployer is supposed to be different than other existing solutions and what I actually mean by it being simple.

This is like first draft of the page I will revise those texts and probably add more features that I believe distinguish my idea from other HR solutions.

What do you guys think about this landing page and idea in general?
