A couple of months ago I was sluggish, tired, always achey, and cranky. I had fallen into the trap of playing video games outside of my normal work hours and, for the most part, wasn't challenging or progressing myself in any way. I was staying up late and eating terribly. Junk in, junk out, right?
I've always been very cyclical with my habits. I'll sink my teeth into a project for a month or two and then pursue something else.
I feel like that changed a couple of months back. I started incorporating morning exercise and goal planning into my morning routine. Soon, I started challenging myself, for no reason in particular, to doing 100 push-ups every day.
Things have been going great. I feel better and have been far more productive than any other point in my life. I feel strong, sharp, and for the first time in my life I'm putting on weight and seeing noticeable muscle changes.
To track my push-up progress, I created https://30daypushupchallenge.com. Each month, I will set a goal and achieve it over 30 days. I invite anyone that knows they're stuck in a rut to do the same. I hope you'll notice the energy and focus benefits like I did and that it helps you meet your goals.
