Hey IH, I run Taki One-Page Sites: I build a full one-page website for a small business first, and they only pay $95 if they decide to keep it. Delivered in 24h, solo (AI-assisted build + design), targeting small overseas local-service businesses (lawn care, detailing, chiropractors, salons) that have no site or a bad one.
It's working and I have real paying clients, but I'm one person doing the build, the outreach, and everything else. Looking for someone strong on the business/ops side (client outreach, partnerships, or scaling systems) to come on as an operating partner or co-founder while I keep owning the build/product side. Open to equity or revenue-share for the right fit.

If this sounds interesting, comment or DM - happy to share numbers and how it actually runs day to day.
Congrats on validating this with paying clients. Before adding an operating partner, I’d turn the service into a small handoff playbook: qualification checklist, asset/content deadline, 24-hour scope assumptions, revision limit, hosting/maintenance terms, and contribution margin after AI/tool costs plus your time. Track leads → kept sites, hours per site, revision rate, and 30-day retention/referrals. Then give a partner ownership of one bottleneck—sales or delivery—with a number to improve, rather than a vague “help with growth” role.
Build first and only charge if they keep it takes the risk off the client and puts all of it on your hours. What share of the sites you deliver actually get paid for, and how many outreach messages does one 95 dollar payment cost you? Those two numbers decide whether you need an operating partner or simply someone doing outreach full time, and those are very different hires.
Maybe we could collaborate; I’ve built websites for others before.
The paying-client signal makes the partner question interesting. How many sites can you currently sell and deliver per month at $95, and is demand already exceeding your build capacity or is acquisition still the bigger constraint?
