Solutions for capturing user feedback.

Outside of full-time work I like to build Figma plugins, and experiment with devops related web apps. I have a hard time capturing bugs, feature requests, and questions from my users. I use Crisp, forms, and Segment to get closer to my users.

There used to be a tool floating around a year or so back. It provided a kind of a "chat widget" that is installed on a website, through which users can report feature requests/bugs/questions. It also offered a dedicated web page that looked like a discussion forum where users can upvote on features requested by others. But I can't find it anymore. And while it was up, they changed their pricing model to be more B2B.

In any case. There is a sea of solutions to this problem with a quick Google search. But I feel like I need a tool that just exposes an api through an NPM package for e.g. React, with which I can build my own user experience around it. Simple on-boarding, and a less rigid pricing model.
