Something I’ve been thinking about lately

A lot of us focus on building features

But most of the time, users don’t struggle because something is missing

They struggle because something feels unclear

A small confusion
An extra step
Something that doesn’t behave the way they expect

Individually it’s nothing

But together it makes the product feel harder than it should be

I’m starting to feel like improving clarity is way more valuable than adding new features

Curious if others have noticed the same while building
