@helengriffinjr? Would you be willing to do the stand up honors tomorrow? @Davey Where the hell are you?
@Harlem yup, I got you. I'll do the post tomorrow.
@Harlem when it comes to the email funnel tools, you're in exactly my wheelhouse. That's where I get the $$$ consulting gigs :)
If you want any feedback or advice on how to get started, happy to help!

OTHER NOTES
I'm not sure how I got the first two subs. I haven't even advertised the subscription feature on my website. This isn't me complaining though!
Till I get my infrastructure up and running to automate the subs updates, I'm likely just going to manually shoot out emails when I post something new. Ex. for my upcoming post on IPFS gateway benchmarking.
The big wrench in all of this is that I'm moving tomorrow (Aug 4th) and will be out in the woods from Aug 5th - Aug 9th with no internet. It'll be good to unplug, but I want to make sure I push most post out before I head into the woods. Otherwise I'll have that nagging voice in the back of my head the entire time.
Do you have a link you want to share to what you're working on?
(thanks for the kudos!)
Epic
Build all of the premium features I have planned for the launch of subscriptions, then launch subscriptions
Yesterday
Didn't accomplish anything. We are selling our house and had a showing yesterday so that sort of threw a wrench in all my work plans yesterday.
Today
Just finished a webinar on using Notion. I plan to organize that a little bit and then I have a few tasks for the premium features that I wanted to have done by the end of this week that I'll be working on.

KUDOS
@bjames @harlem for reminding me how much control I have over myself.
SIDE NOTE
Realized a simple email was sufficient enough to trigger an action and response from my prospect. Everything else was ego-driven and had nothing to do with helping the prospect decide what’s best for them. Plus it was causing me to waste time.
EPIC

BREAKDOWN
Week 1: Tools week - I've got several additional tools in mind, I'm going to try to get at least two of them completed by the 8th. I'm also going to be fixing a couple of issues I've noticed with the current tools. I'll also add client side input validation, I'm only doing server side validation right now.
Week 2: Writing Week: Troubleshooting flow-chart and/or checklist, a couple of articles for the notes section
Week 3: Do some basic SEO, keywords, sitemaps, etc. More tools work or writing as time allows.
Week 4: Finalize the look and feel of the website, any design changes should be minor at this point. Explore some of the paid ideas I've been kicking around.

@Harlem and @Aadhi for spending time outdoors, I missed my yearly backpacking trip and it's really wearing on me.
I'm not really working today, but thought I'd say hi just to keep the streak of updates going :)
