Well, November I'm closing our my FT job (eek!) so don't have tons of time for my IH project. BUT I'd like to get a MVP at least on paper of my idea. I've talked to several people in my space and it seems like there is room in the market. I just don't know yet exactly what the final product will look like!

I think focusing on the problems defines the look of it. When I first started, the look is really nothing like it is now, cos it evolves all the time - even now my app is well developed but still changes, so good luck with the first version!

By the end of November, I'd like to be a month ahead on the podcast, i.e. 8 episodes recorded and edited. I'm only 4 episodes ahead right now, and there are 6 episodes that will be released in the remainder of November, so that means I'll need to record 10 episodes in the next 17 days 😬

Yesterday I prepped for the two episodes that I just finished recording today. I'll spend the rest of the day editing them as well as booking more guests.

    OHAI!

    Long time no post.

Super busy, got a big ol' contract I had to dig in on and only just really found my feet to reestablish a routine.

November EPIC is really just to finish the October EPIC.

    1. build in api key management for basic security
    2. put logging on everything
    3. build in api count limits.

I've actually got those all code complete in a fury of key tapping over the last 4 days, so I'm testing right now. For the rest of the month, I'll just be writing documentation and interacting with potential users on reddit, twitter, discord groups, etc.

Been doing some research to locate where customers hang out, just trying to be useful at the moment.

    Current AutomatedApi.com status:

    • 33 user signups, no paying customers yet, but I'm not discouraged yet.

Glad to see some new names on this list after a few weeks of being ghost mode on IH :)
