Standup #1 May 11th 2020

Today I onboarded my new intern and got him going on some influencer campaigns.

I lowered the spend on all my facebook ad budgets, had a really fruitful ad conversation with someone, where he gave me some shop optimization tips that I used. I'm also going to take his ad tip on improving my ad set.

I have 2 sets of samples coming in on Thursday, so I should get my design and bottles ready to go by then so we can order them ahead of time.

I think I've been spreading myself very thin, and I kind of neglected FB ads, when it's been the most reliable source of income so far. I should keep focusing on it, and fully master it.

Tomorrow I plan to send 2 products out to influencers, and run 2 more $5 test campaigns.

Tomorrow morning when my willpower is high I'm going to do some website optimization.
