Startup employee matchmaker - what do you think?

What do you think? How did you find your first employees? What is your experience?
Just found out that there is https://angel.co/
So the good news is: apparently there is a market for such a platform.
Has anyone here used AngelList or anything similar yet and experience?
@rynvelt - There are many similar platforms or indirect players out there apart from Angel List. Just to name a few such as Techinasia, e27, WHub, GetLinks, Wantedly and many more.
I've successfully found the ideal talents for my previous companies as well as other projects. How are you planning to execute differently?
Thank you for these examples, I didn't know about those. In particular I found the payment model of GetLinks interesting: They charge 15% of the annual gross salary in case a candidate gets hired. So they are successful only if their candidates get hired.
I noticed that these platforms seem to focus on the Asian region. Probably there are others for other regions as well.
To me a few of those sites did not look really like matchmaking platforms, more like a table of job postings on which you can apply some filters.
I don't know yet what to execute differently. Apparently focussing on a specific target region (Asia) could be an advantage. Maybe focussing on Germany, because this is where I'm living. I can imagine that focussing on specific types of applicants, i.e. specialists (e.g. programmers), could also help at the beginning.

Thanks for your feedback. What is the advantage for applicants to know revenue numbers? I got some idea what you trying to say but want to make sure I understand you correctly.
