Stepping away from coding... life as a Technical CEO

If anyone else has gone thru this already or you FEAR this when it's your time, upvote or comment here... =)

This month, I faced the hardest challenge of my time at @pushpress. We've recently hired an engineering team and the time has come where I step completely away from coding and focus on driving this business.

Technical founders - DO NOT fight this process when it happens. It'll royally slow you down if you need to keep coding, for the sake of coding.

Rely on your team to help you get what's in your head into the codebase... they can do it.
