    A lot of technical products explain the mechanics first: logs, alerts, dashboards, integrations. But the strongest message is usually the moment the user is actually experiencing the pain:

    "Your app is down. What happened? How long has it been broken? What should I fix first?"

    That shift from features to the stressful situation the user is trying to escape is often what makes a SaaS click faster.

    The product solves a painful moment. The challenge is making sure a visitor understands that value before they leave the page.
