Storily - who, what, where, when

This idea has been percolating for quite a while but I'm keen to hear anyone else's feedback.

Idea
Basically, a "story" of events with characters, places, times etc...

An event could have narrative, pictures, videos, sound etc...

Examples

• Education - History lessons
• Family trees
• Plot tracking for books or movies - Think Game of Thrones as a timeline and map.
• Crime investigation

Monetization
Public stories are free
Private ones are paid
Private ones could be sold as a subscription (e.g. a marketplace for educational products)

Competitors
time.graphics - This is a relatively simple timeline tool.
Aeon timeline - This seems to have a lot of what I'm thinking about without the collaborative nature and the marketplace aspect
