Stripe: Is this possible?

Hi everyone,

I am building apps for restaurants.

We are charging the restaurants 1% transaction fee on all sales that go through the app.

They are currently receiving payments from their customers through app via stripe API.

We want to receive 1% of the payments going to their stripe, and have it going into our stripe account.

Is this possible?

The app uses stripe API secret key to connect with accounts, so we are not be able to edit the checkout code.
