Stuck at UI
I have few ideas and need a basic template for landing page where user can signup/login and then is able to login to his user dashboard that has basic tabs on left side.
Also need admin dashboard as owner to control the users and see who has signed up and take few actions.
Any pointers if there are any ready made templates for the above or how to achieve it?

If you are looking for only the UI (User Interface), google is your friend. "Free Bootstrap Dashboard" or "Free Tailwind Dashboard" queries will yield countless resources.
If you are looking for UI and the functionality (sign up, log in, crud...). Again google "SaaS Boilerplate".
If you are looking for all of this without writing code; well good luck with that. "nocode website builder"
Difficult to say without knowing the techniques you use, and without knowing what you eventually would pay for it.
If you just need a frontend without backend: I really like Fuse Material theme both for Angular and React.
