Any good affordable options for multiple products which offers the following?

- CRM
- Help Desk (with knowledge base and ticketing)

For #2 on your list try produktyf.com and let me know what you think. I am working on Categories and Items records which will allow you to associate customers and notes with different products or projects for easier organization. Its free for now and if you end up using it I will provide lifetime subscription once implement paid features.
