Suggestions on Product Validation

I am thinking about a product for people who have slow internet speed and therefore cannot access products with video feature (youtube, zoom, etc.). It would mainly be useful for undergraduate students.

I am still working on idea and its not finalized yet. Before spending more time on idea I wanted to know how do people in these places access such sites do they really face such issues.
