Sunday project for digital nomads

I love traveling and although I don't have much experience abroad at the moment (unfortunately), I have had the opportunity to travel a lot in my home country (Turkey). But I'm having a little problem with the food. I have gluten sensitivity. 😢

When I asked my more experienced friends, they said that in some places they went, there was no precise information about the food ingredients, and that they did not know what most of the dishes contained and sometimes they could not eat it.

So before I get into the busy travel calendar, I thought of an app idea to avoid this problem. I want to make an application that will tell the ingredients when I enter the name of the relevant dish in the application.

The application will be completely free. What do you think, do you experience such problems in the places you go? Would this app help you?
