My mission is to create resources that will help green startups put their first steps in marketing. Based on these principles: baby steps, simplicity, laser-focus So what marketing pains can I remove for you? What are you missing?
One challenge I see is turning sustainability from an abstract promise into something people can clearly understand and connect with.
Founders often know the environmental value of what they are building, but customers may be asking a simpler question: how does this make my life or business better today?
The challenge is communicating both without exaggerating the impact or relying on vague claims. Clear stories, transparent trade-offs, and practical benefits can build more trust than simply calling a product sustainable.
I’d be curious to know whether the biggest obstacle here is awareness, trust, or helping customers understand the value proposition.
