Tech guy looking for tech guy for a chatbot for lonely people.
I've seen many people trying to find friends or just wanting to chat with someone. Also there are people who want to do sexting but cannot find the other person.
I was thinking about creating a chatbot to solve that problem. A human-like bot that will always be there for them: for a chat, to ask how's the day going or even for sexting.
I'm a web developer and I've worked with Telegram bots and with PHP/MySQL. I don't have experience in machine learning. So if there is a person out there who has some knowledge of it and wants to work on it ping me.
Idea is to create something full of simple. something that will gradually keep learning from conversations. Even though I don't have an experience in ML I'm willing to learn and help out.

I am a developer with some experience in ML. A word of advice: The domain your app lies in is natural language processing. And let me tell you building a natural language processing chatbot that is good is not a walk in the park. Many have tried before and failed to the point of shutting down their shop.
NLP is a research field. So, unless you have an NLP veteran working with you, I fail to see your app making a difference (no offence). If it were a bot to help a person do a specific task, for instance, find an article from the repository, sure it's doable. But building something that converses with us like a real person, Nah!.
