Tech Partner Needed - Rewards

I have a project that is close to Beta. It's an app platform focused on connecting users with local businesses with a gamification element attached. Our previous developer had to leave the project for personal reasons and we are looking for someone to take over. I'd say the project is at least 1/3rd complete on the beta but possibly further - you will know once you see the files.
