Template to host GPT-based APIs

Hey all,

I've been working on a couple of prompt-based APIs. OpenAI's playground is great, but it doesn't help us to deploy these prompt-based APIs.

Since I've been doing it several times I thought I'd try and create a template that users can modify.

I'm trying to come up with a template that everyone can use in their own projects.
