A few weeks ago I was focused on building features.
Now I'm mostly focused on testing.
My invoicing SaaS is at the stage where the core functionality is working, and I'm currently finishing payment integration.
What's interesting is how my mindset has changed.
Early on, I was asking:
"What should I build next?"
Now I'm asking:
"What could go wrong?"
Broken flows.
Unexpected edge cases.
Confusing screens.
Things that only show up when you use the product like a real customer.
The closer launch gets, the less it's about adding features and the more it's about building confidence.
Curious if other founders experienced the same shift before launching.
