The contract type matters more than a prettier summary

I kept hearing the same thing: people already paste contracts into ChatGPT. So why would they use a dedicated tool?

The honest answer is they often shouldn't, unless the tool changes what it looks for.

TermsGuard now asks what you uploaded:

NDA
Terms/privacy policy
MSA / freelance

NDAs get a 4-item checklist (residuals, residuals exception, term, remedies). One click drops that item into Q&A. The PDF includes the checklist.
I also added a clear banner when a paid analysis hits the 50k character cap, so the last page of a long ToS is not silently dropped.
The product question I am still testing: does choosing the document type change what people ask next, or do they still bounce after one summary?
