The most unscalable way of validating?
Me and my animator friend decided to validate in the most unscalable way I can think of.
We're converting podcasts to word videos... by hand!

Record a personal video message (your face) to everyone that you are cold-offering this service.

How's it working for you? I might steal that, maybe record a personal tutorial to podcasters when my tool is ready for self-service. :)
