The source code for HireRemotely
I'm trying a little experiment. I posted the HireRemotely source code for sale on Gumroad!
- A Serverless Node.js service deployed to AWS
- Scheduled web scraping for new jobs
- Storing new jobs in MongoDB
- Emailing job notifications via Postmark
Does it genarate revenue ?
I'm not monetizing it currently. There are plans for that in the near-future.
Im confused since im not familiar with source code selling business. What is the value proposition for someone buying. What are they getting. I get that they are getting the tech behind hireremotly. But why would someoen pay for that tech ?
