This week, I read this comment by a long-time customer, Jerzy Rajkow-Krzywicki.
That was it. This is the one thing we did, and we keep doing that is so incredibly simple yet insanely powerful.
We don't hide behind a large team or a help desk; we reply to customers quickly and fix their problems rapidly.
