With proper planning, strategy, and habit forming, meetings can become one of your most valuable assets and something your whole team can contribute to and look forward to.

Meeting Pre Work involves structuring collaborative agendas in advance, and having pre-reading so everyone comes prepared. Share as much insight as possible asynchronously, so those who don't need to be there can simply align themselves beforehand (or read the notes after).

Meetings Post Work happens when takeaways are documented and shared with everyone involved. It also makes it easier to refer back to what was decided in the past: one source of truth.
