Thinking about building a screensharing app...

This is a validated problem, and there are several apps that already solve this problem, which is good, i.e. there is a market for it. ​

Is it worth spending time on an app that solves a problem that is already being solved by many other apps?

What are the challenges I should be aware of if I go down this road?
