Thinking of doing webinars for platform + my product

The software package I sell is an addon on top of a popular consumer product. Over the years, people came to me with their questions. I can write tutorials and I have, to promote my products, but could I do webinars and maybe generate additional income, and even possibly get some additional ideas on product development ?

Let's say I advertise my webinar, 10 people sign up (manageable number so that they have time for questions). The total income from that session could be a nice addition to my recurring subscription revenue.

What do people think ? Are webinars interesting ? Or should I rather do pre-recorded courses ?
