Time clocking system in e-commerce - which software (and hardware?) do you use?

Hi Guys,

I'm wondering if you use any time tracking software in you companies, especially if you're in the e-commerce business. If so, how do you use it? Is it for your warehouse and its workers or for people who are uploading new items and describing them? Or just for your office workers that are working remotely?
I'm also interested if you have any physical devices that you had to install in your building to let the software collect data.
