Tips for finding clients or jobs?
I've been seeking for jobs, and potential clients that I could offer them my services. I've spent in total 110$ for ebooks and other online resources to help the process easier.. but still no luck. I would love to get any ideas or feedbacks and tips from you guys!
As elavenil said, build a portfolio and then simply reach out to people.
First try people that you know that might need your service.
But it is important to have something to show for to potential clients. At the beginning there is no other way around it, and if you are nervous, you will just have to push through it until you get comfortable.
Also, don't go in thinking on how you can benefit yourself. Think of how you can help your client, and if you realize you can't do what they want, then it is always better to be straight up honest and tell them "I can't do this, but I can do this". You will avoid wasting a client's time, and also avoid the stress of screwing up.

Build your own portfolio, share it with people. Show case your work in your youtube channel. Start a blog about some new niche, earn from it.
Stop going through ebooks and courses. Just follow some good people in twitter and follow their strategy. Get your inspiration!
You need to create your brand first to client find you. Focus on that !
I quit my well paying job to become a web designer and SEO marketer, it was bit tough with no money or support, but i turned all my pain to work on something i know, learned others on the side. Now i change $2k for SEO projects and have recurring clients. Just dont give up, invest yourself.
