Tips for getting creator engagement data certification across different platforms.

I'm looking for a solution to obtains a Certification that attests to the commitment that creators get on emails, social networks (Youtube, Instagram, Snapchat ..), sales (Stripe).
The objective is to provide legitimate proof of what each Creator brings in to be able to form partnerships.
