Transaction accounts

Just deployed a new feature on the project which would allow the users to enter Income too. Originally the Expensinator is meant to store only the Expenses, but importing a Bank account statement wouldn't make sense especially if the user have a salary or other income.

For that reason the account could be set to accept Expenses Only, that's the default account type and Expenses and Income - which would allow to accept both. Important to note there is that when Expenses and Income is used the expenses are added with negative amount e.g. -5.00 while the income would be positive.

Also I have added ability to see when the account was modified and when it was sync-ed to the cloud.
