This week shipped searchable session transcripts and a coaching messaging UI. Coaches were digging through notes to find what they said about X — now they search and pull up exact moments. The messaging side lets them contact clients directly in the app instead of jumping to Slack or text.
Core workflow is working. Sessions get recorded, AI pulls out the recap and homework, SMS nudges go out. That's solid.
Honestly, the hard part isn't features anymore. It's getting coaches to come back. Emails land, recaps are good, homework sends. But coaches don't check the platform often enough after that first time. They see the recap and then... forget it exists.
Next: push notifications to keep it top-of-mind, and better defaults for coaches with 20+ clients. Also rewriting the portal UI — managing that many sessions feels clunky right now.
Question for the community: what brings you back to tools you abandon? Is it notifications? A new feature? Or something else?
