Great issue as always. You've opened my mind into the world of "lead ads" which I didn't pay much attention to until now.
I also found this line on your issue and made me think: "Events are great for relationship building. But contributions don’t scale without artifacts like video. In online communities, one answer can help thousands."
Perhaps I should have opened up a content channel for https://www.getcuppa.io/ since most "events" on the platform are unrecorded or transient. What are your thoughts? What would a content channel look like for an online community like Cuppa?

I think recording video for 1-on-1 calls, like Cuppa, runs the risk of being performative. Unless that's by design.
Dripping daily 'Cuppa Stories' on Twitter could work. I have a few to share. Like meeting Keshav who inspired me to start practicing public speaking. Someone else could see the story and be inspired to join Cuppa and/or start a new habit.
