Get the Announcr App ready for live demos
Catching Up
I’m going to be putting Magnus Rush aside and focusing heavily on Announcr this month, first to get it demo ready and then to pave the way for easy investment.

Awwwww yeah! Welcome back!
01 - Landing page a.s.a.p. And work on the real product with my cofounder.
02 - Yesterday I made a first draft of my logo on which I got some good feedback from Indiehackers. See: https://www.indiehackers.com/post/f83a321598
03 - Today I want to leave the logo for what is is and continue on the Landing page. Do some styling and make the newsletter subscription work
Just doing this for some accountability.
Welcome to the stand up party! Any hints as to your product?

WIP: Envoy
I checked out Envoy, love what you're doing! I'll keep you on my radar since AZLabels could use a real sales strategy TBH.
Any plans to turn Envoy into a product or service that scales beyond just you?
Great question!
@Harlem I see you too are ganging up on me. 😜 Girl, you know me. Of course, I'm working on a master plan 😉
@KeithBrink glad you like what you see in Envoy. Speaking of, what exactly do you love about it? Most importantly, what gives you pause?
Definitely looking into scalability. Using Envoy to deliver tangible value to founders who're leading their sales efforts while I get a better understanding of today's market needs. Past lessons have taught me product development is useless if it doesn't help in the process and pre/post-delivery.
@helengriffinjr It seems like it's geared towards someone like me: A single founder who just doesn't have time or years of experience to build a sales strategy. It's a breath of fresh air from all the companies working on selling to the big fish; I can't afford those people and my company is too niche to benefit from a huge sales team, y'know?
Totally makes sense to start by doing something that doesn't scale first, no rush! The bootstrapping life takes a lot more patience than the VC route for sure.
@KeithBrink thanks for breaking it down. You definitely opened my eyes.

I'm no longer gonna put this in my posts, but rather comment directly on other people's posts later in the day. I'm trying to stay abreast of other IHers progress better, and to get more involved so I can contribute more.

AutomatedApi.com | Threadbase.io | DotNetNitro.com
Curious about AutomatedAPI, couldn't really tell from the website what it's useful for. Any sample use cases you have in mind for it?
It's meant to save devs time from writing boilerplate web apis and repetitive storage. Just build your front end, if you need to store some data automatedapi will generate a web api and the storage backend based on your data model definitions.
Working on some samples and such and should have some some blog and video content to demonstrate in the next few weeks.
Kudos for have already 25 paying customers for Threadbase.io.
I'm going to try this out! Thanks for putting this together @Harlem

Oh. Blockers! Love it! (Not that you have 'em, but that you added 'em to your stand up!)
(Great illustrations on your home page!)
In terms of the marketing struggle, for whom is your product intended... I saw mention of e-commerce companies, but that's a wide net. Are you after Mama & Papa shops, Mama & Papa shops set up on Amazon, SMBs or the next Amazons?
Right now I'm after anyone who labels products on Amazon FBA, which you're right, it's a wide net because that could be a side hustler or a multi-million dollar company. I would say my best customer is an Amazon Seller between $100-$250k in revenue and is figuring out how to scale their business. If they sign up for AZLabels at that time, we'll scale up right along with them.
01 - soft launch: Have the base library, documentation (both manual and API) publically accessible. Have license terms, payment gateway and sales contact on the site.
02 - Finished up first pass at license terms research. Sent to an IP lawyer who offered to help with my questions and work up a draft.
A bit of performance optimization. :\
03 - Get to a stopping point on optimization changes. Box out the organization index and operations pages. Continue internally debating how much UI is even necessary haha.
04 - kudos to @jpusateri for achieving CI/CD. An excellent productivity booster!
Curious how the whole license terms things goes for you. Seems like something a lot of us could use some insight on if you find any.
I'll be happy to share. I think I'll post updates to the thread here: https://www.indiehackers.com/post/caafdc4e30
I am working on an online whisky bottle share platform.

how do you do that strike-through?
You just write two tildes at the start and the end of your line.
