Two weeks in, 0 to ~100 unique visitors, 0$

Hi everyone!

Long time IH reader, first time I'm trying to build something so I decided to go all in with building in public.

My journey has been a bit weird, compared to the common validate the idea -> build it -> collect money.

I've built a small tool that now is part of our software engineering process at work, many suggested that it could be useful for other teams so I have decided to make it public and see what happens! I am enjoying writing about my progress but, frankly speaking, I am aiming at creating a business around this project...I have other ideas but lets start with something that already exists, right? ;)

Is there someone that had a similar journey willing to share ideas or resources on how to proceed from an existing product to paying customers?
