Unpopular Opinion: Most SaaS MVPs Try to Do Too Much

Been thinking lately — a lot of SaaS MVPs (especially early ones) try to mimic full-fledged competitors way too soon. Feature bloat kills momentum and dissolves user focus.

IMO:
🔹 One core feature, done really well
🔹 A dead-simple onboarding flow
🔹 And one clear outcome for the user

That’s usually enough to start getting traction — or at least real feedback.

Anyone else feel like less is more when launching SaaS?
