Using Atlassian: what is missing?

Since the beginning of this year, I'm bootstrapping a business (https://windtunnel.io) focused on building add-ons for Atlassian products and selling them on the Atlassian Marketplace.

Coming up with ideas for add-ons mainly comes from 3 sources: 1. personal experience with the stack as an end-user (solve your own pain), 2. scouting the public Atlassian issue trackers and forums for questions pointing to in-demand features (sales safari), 3. looking at interesting features of Atlassian competitors which could be ported. These are all what I would call 'passive' sources of inspiration. Of course, any idea is also cross-checked against the existing add-ons in the marketplace.

I'm sure quite a few of you are using Atlassian products personally and/or at their company. I would like to ask you the question directly: what do you think is currently missing? Is there an add-on or core functionality you would like to exist? What is a major pain using any of the products? Is there an add-on you're using right now but not on par?
