viral/referral -- refUser/rewards engine -- In search of one!

Hi,

As mentioned in the title. I might/should have a need for a viral/referral engine. Basically, the kind used in 100s of other past apps (harry's, kickstarter, box, etc..)

I could craft one, but thought someone else may have already gone through the slog to create one, and might have code/algos/etc to work out a deal for.
