Virtual Meets with Fellow Indie Hackers
One thing that has been on my wish list is to get better at just getting to know other indie hackers. In an ideal world this would be face to face. For that there are meetups.
When time and distance is a factor there are virtual meets!
This is a post to encourage people to set up their own meets on their own terms.
Leave a comment with details on how people can arrange a chat with you and a perhaps a small group of others.

What do yo mean keep up with the notification? Do you mean find out when new ones are happening? For my one, just use the calendly link above, I'll keep it recurring and perhaps add different timings to it.
I could set up a page with a list of names and maintain it, if there is enough interest for that?

I'm interested in meeting other indiehackers but TBH, I'd rather do it by getting to know them and reaching out when there's a common interest than go to an "official" meetup mediated by a giant company worth tens of billions of dollars. Guess I'm too "indie" 🤣
So, I'm not going to sign up for IH meetups, but I did put up a post asking if anyone wanted to meet up when I visited Tokyo a couple months ago. Perhaps I didn't have enough followers for it to get noticed. It got a couple upvotes and no emails IRRC, so I just deleted it.

I probably won't be going to the UK in the near future but I can do a call from Skype, LINE, Zoom or your program of choice!
I love this! My area has pretty much no indie hacker community, but I absolutely believe in the value of smaller, face-to-face meetups.
Did something similar with my email list, and it was a lot of fun!
