A few years ago I spent $280,000 on MicroAcquire to buy a software company called Median.

Well, after about 6 months of development we have finally rolled out a free version of Median.

What is Median?
It is a screenshare tool that allows you to see every visitor on your website in real time. No downloads, invites, or installs required. There are also a few tools that allow you to interact with the visitors on your website.

Think Figma but for your website

Why are you rolling out a free plan?
Easy, I personally believe that Median is awesome and that everyone should use it. Haha

Yes, I have the same blind optimism as every bootstrapped SaaS founder.

With that said, Median is one of those tools that you have to see it before you understand it's greatness.

The problem we had in the past is that people never get to the point of seeing the application in action because we asked for a credit card up front.

Asking for a credit card before test driving the product... In my opinion... Is a mistake.

The idea behind the free plan is to simply remove the barrier of entry and guide people to that "aha moment".
