Hey everyone 👋
I’ve been working on a SaaS product after repeatedly seeing the same issue inside growing companies:
As teams scale, everything fragments.
Strategy lives in slides.
Processes sit in random docs.
Data models are in separate tools.
Risks are buried in spreadsheets.
And no one actually sees how it all connects.
So we built a platform that helps organizations map their business capabilities, processes, data, and risks in one unified model.
The goal is to help teams:
→ Understand how their business actually works
→ Identify gaps and operational risks early
→ Make transformation decisions with structure instead of guesswork
It’s mainly relevant for operations, strategy, and transformation teams inside mid-to-large organizations.
Right now, we’re not looking for feature feedback as much as positioning and clarity feedback.
I’d really appreciate honest thoughts on the landing page:
Specifically:
• Is the problem clear within the first 10 seconds?
• Is the value proposition understandable?
• Who do you think this product is for after reading it?
• What feels confusing, vague, or overly “consulting-ish”?
• If you had to rewrite the headline, how would you say it?
If you’ve worked in scaling companies, I’d also love to know:
How did you manage strategy + process + risk alignment? What tools did you use?
Appreciate any direct or critical feedback — that’s what helps most
Hi
I'm building something similar on my own of what I can see. Trying to convert fluent language into business framework (BPMN, Archimate, BIZBOK) is what I'm getting at to make a product suiteable for those not used to work with these kind of things. Maybe we can exchange experiences :)
